How information is handled when browsing and contacting Solsanit.

1. Responsible organization and contact
Consorcio Solsanit receives inquiries made through its corporate channels. For privacy matters, email consulta@solsanit.com with the subject “Privacy”. You can also call 809-227-3393 or visit Av. 2. Information you provide
When contacting Solsanit, you may provide your name, email, institution or company, inquiry type and message. WhatsApp and email may also disclose account information those services show to recipients. Avoid sending passwords, banking details or sensitive information through these channels.
3. How the form works
When sending is enabled, the form transmits your details to the server to send your inquiry to consulta@solsanit.com through the DreamHost email service. The site does not store message content in its database; the email provider and receiving mailbox may retain it for delivery and handling. If the service is not configured, a notice appears and you can use the direct email link. WhatsApp links work independently.
4. Purpose and retention
Information provided is used to handle the inquiry, coordinate follow-up and manage any resulting relationship. Retention should be limited to the time needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. Contact Solsanit to learn the retention period for your communication or request deletion; no single retention period is established here for all cases.
5. External services and technical data
The hosting service may process technical data, such as IP address, date, browser and requests, to deliver and protect the site. The contact page embeds Google Maps, which receives connection data when the map loads. Fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts. WhatsApp opens when its links are selected. These providers may process information in other countries under their policies. See Google's privacy policy and WhatsApp's privacy policy.
6. Cookies and storage
This version does not include its own advertising or analytics tools or save form fields in local storage. The administration area uses a secure session cookie lasting up to eight hours to verify access. Login and submission attempts are limited using hashed technical identifiers. Your text-size preference is stored in your browser across pages and can be reset using the text control. Hosting providers and external services may still use cookies or other technologies. You can manage cookies and permissions in your browser; some external features may be affected.
7. Requests concerning your data
You may request information about your data, access, correction, cancellation or objection where applicable by emailing consulta@solsanit.com. State the channel through which you contacted us and your request, without initially attaching sensitive documents. Solsanit may request proportionate information to verify your identity. The reference framework is Law 172-13 on personal data protection.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy describes the current version of the site. If new forms, services or tracking tools are added, it must be updated to reflect how they work. The revision date appears at the top.
